Fellow Ironworkers,

After more than 30 years of experience, working structural steel, I saw the need to develop a premium line of products for the Ironworker.  So, with the humble beginnings of a sleever bar holder and a dream, I founded Rudedog USA in 2007.  After searching for a higher quality of leather, we found the answer around the neck of a Giant Clydsdale.  Harness leather, this was the answer we had been looking for.  Harness leather is tanned through a special process that makes it more resistant to the elements.  Helping it to maintain its integrity, even with extreme use.  Using only the best U.S. grade hides, our product line began to take shape.  

Our Research & Design team challenged the old standards, giving us a unique outlook on our industry, allowing us to create and improve the items that are used every day.  The story does not end here.  We will continue to stretch the envelope.  Through your reviews and suggestions and our continued pursuit, we will find new and better ways to improve the industry that I love.
